After the fall of Blatter, FIFA Scala, internal hawks on reform, announced the latest FIFA reform plan. One of the most trenchant plans is to limit the term of the Chairman and the Executive Committee. Namely, the positions term is up to three, each four-year term, meaning that the Chairman and the Executive Committee of a maximum term of 12 years.
So far, the FIFA President and the Executive Committee have no term limits, but no term limits of the system must cause the inevitable corruption.
In addition to the most critical term limits, Scala also proposed the other seven reform measures. Of course, this is just the reform plan Scala proposed, which will be discussed by the FIFA Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 26, 2016, then the order comes into effect.
